■适用范围Application Scope

ARHW1-1000(DW50)万能式断路器（以下简称断路器）的额定电流自200A至1000A,额定工作电压交流400V、690V、50Hz。主要用于配电网络中，用来分配电能，保护线路和电源设备，使艺免受过载、欠电压、短路、单相接地等故障的危害。在正常条件下也可作为线路的不频繁转换之用。可做到选择性保护，且动作精确，避免不必要的停电，提高供电的可靠性。

符合标准:GB14048.2、IEC60947-2。

The ARHW1-1000(DW50) universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to ascircuit breaker) has a rated current ranged from 200A to 1000A, and a rated operatingvoltage of 400V and 690V,AC,50Hz. It is mainly used in distribution networks to distribute power and protect circuit and power supply unit from damage due to faultsuch as overload, under voltage, short circuit, single phase earthling. It can also beused for infrequent conversion of circuit under normal condition. In addition, it canbe used for selective protection with accurate operation and avoid unnecessarypower failure, improving reliability of power supply.

1.分类

(1)按使用类别分:A类(非选择型);B类(选择型)

⑵按操作机构的控制方式分:电动机储能操作;手动储能操作。

(3)按是否需要维修分:需要维修;不需要维修。

(4)按数分:三;四。

(5)按安装方式分:固定式;抽屉式。

(6)按脱扣器种类分:智能型控制器;欠电压瞬时（或延时)脱扣器;分励脱扣器。

(7)智能型控制器分ST50-L、2L型及ST50-M型三种;

ST50-L2、2L2（基本保护):过载长延时+短路瞬时;

ST50-L3、2L3(选择性保护）:过载长延时+短路短延时（定时限)+短路瞬时

ST50-L4、2L4(选择性保护+接地保护）﹔过载长延时+短路短延时（定时限）+短路瞬时+接地保护;

ST50-M(选择性保护+接地保护）﹔过载长延时+短路短延时（定时限）+短路瞬时+接地保护，带电流表显示功能。

(7) The intelligent controller can be classified as ST50-L, 2L and ST5O-M;

ST50-L2,2L2(basic protection): overload long time delay + short circuit instantaneous;

ST50-L3,2L3 (selective protection): overload long time delay + short circuit short time delay (definite time) + short circuit instantaneous;

ST50-L4,2L4 (selective protection + earthing protection);: overload long time delay + short circuit short time delay (definite time) + shortcircuit instantaneous + earthing protection;

ST5O-M(selective protection + earthing protection): overload long time delay + short circuit short time delay (definite time)+ short circutinstantaneous + earthing protection,with ammeter indication function.

■正常工作条件和安装条件 Normal operating conditions and installation conditions

1.周围空气温度

上限不超过+40℃，下限为-5℃，且其24h内的平均温度值不超过+35°℃。

注:对于使用在周围空气温度高于+40℃或低于-5℃的断路器应根据有关产品标准如适用时）或根据制造厂和用户协议进行设计和使用。

2.安装地点的海拔高度不超过过2000m;

3.温度为+40℃时，空气的相对湿度不超过50%，在较低的温度下可以允许有较高的相对湿度，例如2O℃时湿度可达到90%。对由于温度变化而产生的凝露应采取特别的措施。

4.污染等级为3级。

5.断路器安装类别Ⅳ，辅助电路安装类别除了欠电压脱扣器线圈和智能型控制器用的褒压器或电源模块一次侧线圈与断路器相同外，其余为Ⅲ。

6.安装条件，断路器应按本说明书要求安装，其垂直倾斜度应不大于5。

1.Ambient air temperature:

The upper limit shall not exceed +40C and the lower limit shall be -5℃, and the average temperature in 24 hours shallnot exceed +35℃.

Notes: circuit breaker to be used at ambient air temperature higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃ shall be designed and used in accordance with relevant product standards (if appicable) or agreements between the manufacturer and user.

2.The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

3.The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of + 40℃.A little higherrelative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, for example, 90% at 20℃.For condensation phenomenon arisingdue to changes in temperature, special measures should be taken.

4.Pollution grade: grade lll.

5. The installation type of the circuit breaker is V, while installation type of auxiliary circuits is lll except that theinstallation type of under voltage trip unit coil and transformer or power supply module primary side coil of intelligentcontroller are the same with that of circuit breaker.

6. Installation condition: the circuit breaker shall be installed as required in this manual, with its vertical gradient notmore than 50.
