依据GB18802.1、GB50057和Q/THQBO001-2013标准规定，SPD回路前端必须串联电涌保护器制造厂要求装设的过电流保护电器。由于电流熔断器和微型断路器不能与SPD协调配合，当电源异常或SPD劣化失效时，导致的火灾、设备遭雷击损坏事故已经严重影响了生产经营正常进行!

目前与SPD大量配套使用的微型断路器，有以下4点不能配套:

1、雷电流冲击易损坏一防雷保护失效;

2、雷电冲击电流残压高一设备防雷保护可靠性降低;

3、工频续流不脱扣一电源异常SPD起火;

4、雷电冲击误脱扣一防雷保护失效。

Based on standards of GB18802.1,GB50057 and Q/THQ8001-2013, the front end of SPD loop must be cascaded with the over currentprotection electrical apparatus required by the SPD factory.Because the current fuse and MCB(miniature circuit breaker) can not coordinatewith the SPD, it has seriously affected the normal production and operation by the fire hazard and equipment damage from lightning causedby abnormal power supply or SPD degradation failure!

Currently , for the MCB massively matched with the SPD, there are four points that cannot be matched:

1.Lightning current impulse is extremely easy to damage ~ The lightning protection is failure;

2.The residual voltage of lightning current impulse is high ~The reliability of equipment lightning protection is reduced;

3.Power-flow current is not tripped ~ The SPD catches fire due to abnormal power supply;

4.Lightning impulse causes false tripping ~ Lightning protection is ineffective.
