Product Overview

◇ IDGL series load disconnectors (hereinafter referred to as switches) are developed by our company with European technology. This product is a new generation of similar products in China.

◇ Switches are widely used in power distribution systems and automatic generation systems in buildings, electric power, petrochemical and other industries

◇ Modular design structure, flexible and diverse combination, the shell is made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, which has high dielectric performance, protection ability and reliable operation safety.

◇ The operating mechanism is an accelerating mechanism with spring energy and instantaneous release. It has a double break point contact structure for instantaneous connection and disconnection. It has nothing to do with the speed of the operating handle and improves the electrical and mechanical properties.

◇ Multiple structures and operation modes, with windows for direct observation of contact on-off status, with operations inside, outside and behind the cabinet, with front and side operations, and with wiring behind the board

◇ The switch is beautiful, novel, simple and small in size.

◇ IDGL series products have obtained 3C certification.

IDGL-160A/4JF11-380V In 125A

◇ Transfer load disconnector, left and right aligned AC rated voltage 380V, agreed heating current 160A, rated current 125A, 4-pole, external operation auxiliary contact 1 normally open+1 normally closed.

Product features

◇ The accelerating mechanism with instantaneous release of spring energy storage realizes fast connection or disconnection (13.8 m/s), which is independent of the speed of the operator's peg, and improves the ability to extinguish the arc.

◇ The shell made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin has good flame retardancy, dielectric property, carbonization resistance and impact resistance.

◇ Parallel double breakpoint contact has self-cleaning effect.

◇ The contact material is copper silver plated alloy with two separate contact surfaces.

◇ Large isolation distance.

When in "O" position, the handle can be locked with three locks at the same time to reliably avoid misoperation.

Scope of application

◇ IDGL series load disconnector is mainly used for AC 50Hz, rated voltage 660V, DC rated voltage 440V, and rated current 3150A. It is used for isolation of non frequency making and breaking circuits and lines.

Operating environment

◇ IDGL series load disconnectors can work reliably under the following conditions

◇ The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters

◇ The ambient temperature is not higher than+40C, not lower than - 5C, and the relative temperature is not greater than 95%

◇ No explosive hazardous medium

◇ Environment free from rain and snow

Note: If it is expected to be used under the condition that the ambient air temperature is higher than+40C~or lower than - 5C-45 ℃, the user shall explain to the manufacturer.

IDGL-63A~3150A load ceramic switch

◇ IDGL series load disconnectors are divided into 7 specifications from 63A-3150A. They are modular design basic type, with three poles and four poles (three poles+neutral pole that can be switched on and off), mainly used for circuit switching on and off or electrical isolation, and only for electrical isolation above 1000A.

◇ There is a marking window on the front to indicate the on-off state of the contact.

◇ The rear observation window can be provided as required to directly observe the contact on-off status. For the window style, see IDGL-160A-160A side operation load disconnector.

◇ Two groups of auxiliary contacts can be equipped as required.

◇ Cable edge cover can be configured.

Operation mode

◇ Direct operation: the handle is directly installed in the middle of the switch.

◇ Operation outside the cabinet: the handle is installed outside the power distribution cabinet.
