Overview

IDU-20kA/1P, 2P, 3P, 4P surge protector (hereinafter referred to as SPD) is used in IT, TT, TN-C, TN-S, TN-C-S and other power supply systems of low-voltage AC distribution systems to protect against indirect and direct lightning effects or other transient overvoltage surges. GB/T18802.1/IEC61643-Ⅱ.

Installation

◆Install on standard 35mm rail at the junction of LPZ1 or LPZ2 and LPZ3, and connect 2.5~16mm² multistrand wires.

◆Each pole of the SPD must be protected by a fuse or a small circuit breaker or a special back-up protector.

◆Applicable to household distribution boxes, computer equipment, and information equipment. In front of electrical equipment and control equipment or in the nearest outlet box.

Main structure and working principle

◆SPD is a outlet, anti-shock protection, indoor type fixed installation, voltage limiting type.

◆SPD has a built-in disconnector. When the SPD fails due to overheating or breakdown, the disconnector can automatically disconnect it from the electric grid and give a signal at the same time.

◆The 1P+N, 2P+N, 3P+N is composed of 1P, 2P, and 3P SPD + NPE zero-ground protection modules, and should be used in TT, TN-S, and other power supply systems.
