Matters related to the use before

◆ Precautions for unpacking inspection

After receiving the switch you ordered, please unpack and check the following items:

◇ Check the appearance for any damage during transportation, such as shell damage.

◇ In addition to switches, operation instructions and product certificates, the packaging box shall also be equipped with screws and operating handles outside the cabinet.

◆ Product appearance and name of each part

◆The environmental conditions for storage are shown in the table

Install

◆ Insulation test

The switch has been tested for insulation according to the standard before delivery. If retesting is carried out before installation, the steps are as follows:

◇ Use 1000VDC megger (M1-63 is 500VDC megger).

◇ The insulation resistance shall not be less than 20M2

◇ Between circuit breaker contacts, phases, and between phases and enclosures (enclosures are covered with metal foil).

If the user does not have a dye megger, the power frequency withstand voltage tester can be used as an alternative test. Refer to the insulation test method for the measuring part, and apply the voltage of 3000V1min

◆ Operating environment

◇ Do not install it in an environment containing explosive gas, otherwise it may cause explosion.

◇ Do not install it in a particularly damp place.

◇ Do not install it at a place where the external magnetic field is 5 times greater than the geomagnetic field. no

◇ The circuit breaker cannot work normally.

◇ Do not install it where the vibration is greater than 5g.

◇ Do not install in the place where the gas medium can corrode metal and damage insulation.

Environmental requirements for circuit breaker installation site

◆ Installation method

◇ Please install it on metal and other flame retardants.

◇ The switch shall be installed vertically.

Connection with main circuit

◆ Wiring operation must be carried out by specially qualified personnel.

◆ Wiring can only be carried out after confirming that the input power supply is disconnected

◆ Wiring must be carried out after the body is installed.

◆ The wiring of the circuit breaker must conform to the upper incoming and lower outgoing, and it is not allowed to reverse the incoming line

(2) Select terminal blocks

The wiring terminals equipped with the circuit breaker are JGC or JBC (can be provided according to the order of the user), and their specifications and models are shown in the figure and table.

(3) Use bolts (flat washers and spring washers must be sleeved on the bolts) to connect the crimped wires with the circuit breaker guide electrode, and use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts. The applied torque is shown in the table.

◆ Electrical wiring of circuit breaker internal accessories

(1) Auxiliary contact

Connect the corresponding peripheral control circuit according to the function of the auxiliary contact.

◇ Installation of rotating handle operating mechanism

When turning the handle operating mechanism, we must order from our company to ensure the quality. If the user purchases by himself/herself, please select the manufacturer with reliable quality to support, otherwise our company cannot be responsible for any adverse consequences after assembly
(1) Before installation, the relative position of the handle opening of the operating mechanism on the door panel of the switch cabinet shall be determined according to the type of the selected circuit breaker operating mechanism (the distance from the opening center to the axis line in the hinge shall not be less than 100mm)

(2) Install the circuit breaker with fixed operating mechanism on the mounting plate

(3) Fix the square shaft of the control lever in the square hole of the operating mechanism.

(4) Adjust its relative position to make the square shaft center consistent with the handle opening center and fix it.

(5) Close the switch cabinet door plate with the rotation handle installed, and try to operate the handle. The rotation should be flexible and free. When the handle is in the horizontal position, the circuit breaker should be opened, and when the handle is in the vertical position, the circuit breaker should be closed.

Function

◆ Do not operate the circuit breaker with wet hands, otherwise electric shock may occur.

◆ The circuit breaker cannot be operated frequently, otherwise the service life of the circuit breaker will be shortened.

◇ Pre operation inspection and preparation

The following items shall be checked before operation

(1) Check whether the wiring is correct: especially check that the input terminals (A, B, C) of the circuit breaker should be connected to the power line, and the output terminals (A, B, C) should be connected to the load line.

(2) Use a megger to measure the insulation resistance between phases and between phases and ground.

(3) Confirm that the terminal connection and the fixing screw are firm without looseness.

(4) Check whether the arc isolating plate of the circuit breaker is installed well.

◇ Trial operation

Test run can be carried out after confirming that there is no abnormal condition according to 3.1

(1) Pull the operating handle to operate flexibly.

◇ Operation

If Clause 3.2 (2) can be met, it can be put into operation.

Maintain

◆ Special technicians must be responsible for maintenance and inspection

◆ If the user needs to select internal and external accessories, the company will provide them according to the model to protect the quality. If the user chooses to purchase or refit, our company cannot be responsible for

◇ ► ◄ Before performing maintenance operations, the following operations must be completed:

(1) Open the circuit breaker.

(2) Disconnect the power supply from the circuit breaker (including the main circuit and auxiliary circuit)

◇ The circuit breaker shall be maintained once a year under normal operating conditions and once half a year under abnormal conditions. The following are the maintenance contents:

(1) The circuit breaker shall be reclosed, closed and opened for 5 times, and the circuit breaker shall be able to reclose, close, open and operate reliably

(2) Clean the dust on the surface of the circuit breaker and the connection (use clean and dry rags);

(3) Clean the arc separator and replace it if necessary;

(4) Insulation test: (see 2.1)

(5) Check the connection, wipe the oxide with emery cloth, clean it with soluble agent, and tighten the bolts and nuts;

(6) If the circuit breaker is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, the operating lever or handle for opening and closing the circuit breaker for three times shall move freely)

(7) If the switch is equipped with an auxiliary contact, the auxiliary contact shall be connected in the test circuit, and the auxiliary conversion signal shall be normal during opening and closing.

About warranty period and after-sales service

This product is manufactured under a perfect quality management system. In case of failure, the warranty period and after-sales service are described as follows

◆ Warranty period

Under the condition that the user complies with the storage and use conditions, the seal of the circuit breaker shall be intact within 18 months from the date of shipment by our company. If the product is damaged or cannot be used normally due

to manufacturing quality problems, our company shall be responsible for free repair or replacement. However, if the fault is caused by the following reasons, it shall be repaired or replaced with compensation even within the warranty period.

(1) Due to misuse, self modification and improper maintenance, etc

(2) Use beyond the requirements of standards and specifications.

(3) After purchase, due to falling and damage during installation, etc

(4) Earthquake, fire, lightning, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary disasters.

◆ After sales service

(1) In case of failure, please contact the supplier or our after-sales service department

(2) During the warranty period, people shall repair or replace the faults caused by the manufacturing problems of our company for free, or even replace them.

(3) If the repair or replacement beyond the warranty period can maintain the function after repair, it shall be repaired with compensation; If it can not work normally after repair, it shall be replaced with compensation.
