HCR-12 Air insulated metal enclosed switchgear is environment friendly switchgear under  absolute atmosphere, it is designed and developed by Haocheng electric based on the digestion and absorption of domestic & aboard advanced technology, combined with the requirements of power supply system in china. 

It adopts vacuum as insulation and arc estnguising medium. NON-greenhouse gas SF6 + fuse configuration, NON-refilling, there is no need to replace the fuse, maintenance free and low energy consumpation.

All high voltage live parts are sealed in the stainless steel tanks, free from environmental impact, ensure personnels safety.

Construction features:

1. Environment friendly: Air is used as insulation medium, no impact on environment.

2. Safety: all living parts are sealed in stainless steel with IP67, reliable pressure relief devices and pressure relief passages to prevent damage from immer fault arcing in the tank,ensure personnels safe.

3. Modularization: each module can realize independent function, for example, LBS module, VCB module etc...

4. Flexiblity: HCR gas chamber adopts stainless steel with thickness 3mm, less affected by harsh service condition. So it can be installed in outdoor, wet, mine and other various areas.

5. Intelligent: it is Equipped with an automatic terminal system, can realize four remote function.
