In accordance with the principle of "planning guidance, scientific layout, moderate advance, and orderly construction", adhere to "relying on the market, innovative mechanism, multiple measures, and categorized policies", and basically build a charging facility system of "vehicle pile accompaniment, open and universal, unified standard, intelligent and efficient". The ratio of public charging piles to electric vehicles in Changzhutan metropolitan area has reached the domestic advanced level, and the service radius of public charging facilities in the urban core area is less than 1 km. The service radius of public charging facilities in the core areas of other cities, prefectures and cities is less than 2 kilometers. Charging stations on highways and provincial trunk lines are spaced less than 50 kilometers apart. By the end of 2025, the number of charging facilities in the province will reach more than 400,000, ensuring the province's electric vehicle travel and transit electric vehicle charging demand outside the province.
