Summary

Normal service conditions
The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than - 5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed + 35 ℃.
The indoor relative humidity should not exceed 90% (when the temperature is 25 ℃).
There is no conductive dust and gas enough to corrode metal and destroy insulation.
There is no fire or explosion hazard.
There is no violent vibration and turbulence, and the vertical inclination is not more than 5 degrees.
Main technical parameters
The cabinet body of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet. The cabinet frame is locally welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed section steel. The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated section steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle, and there are 20 die mounting holes. The general coefficient is high, which can make the factory realize pre production, shorten the production cycle and improve the work efficiency.
The heat dissipation of GGD cabinet is fully considered. There are different numbers of heat sink holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises. The air is discharged through the slot hole at the upper end, and the cold air is continuously supplied into the cabinet through the slot hole at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden section ratio to design the cabinet body and the partition size of each part, so as to make the whole cabinet beautiful and fresh.
The cabinet door is connected with the cabinet frame by a rotating shaft type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. There is a mountain shaped rubber and plastic strip embedded in the folding part of the door. When the door is closed, there is a compression stroke between the door and the frame, which can prevent the direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.
The instrument door with electrical components is connected with the frame by multi strands of soft copper wire, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
High voltage electrostatic spraying with plastic powder is used for the top coat of the cabinet, with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte, avoiding glare effect, creating a more comfortable visual environment for the on duty staff.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
