Product overview and scope of application

HXGN15-12 AC metal ring network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switch cabinet) is based on FLN port-12 and flrn port-12 indoor AC high voltage sulfur hexafluoride load switch as the main switch, while the whole cabinet adopts air insulation, which is suitable for compact and expandable unit metal enclosed closed-loop network switchgear of distribution automation. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and convenient installation.

The switchgear is suitable for the power system with rated voltage of 12kV and rated frequency of 50Hz. It is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring network and power supply end as the power supply unit and terminal equipment of the ring network, which plays the role of power distribution, control and electrical equipment protection, and can also be loaded in box type substation and outdoor open and close post.

The switchgear shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3906 3.6-40.5KV AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment, IEC high voltage AC load switch fuse combination apparatus.

Normal service conditions

Ambient temperature: high temperature + 40 ℃, low temperature: - 15 ℃, and the average value within 24 hours is not more than 35 ℃;

The temperature conditions are as follows: the average value of daily relative humidity does not exceed 95%; the average value of monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%;

The average daily steam pressure is not more than 2.2kpa, and the average monthly steam pressure is not more than 1.8kpa;

Seismic intensity: no more than 8;

Altitude: no more than 1000m (higher than this altitude, it needs to be negotiated with our company);

Installation location: no fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, salt spray corrosion and severe vibration.
