Summary
Xgn66-12 type fixed enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new complete set of high-voltage electrical products of our company, which meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 "3-35kmv AC metal enclosed switchgear" and dlt404 "technical conditions for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear" of the Ministry of electric power, as well as iec60298 "requirements for AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 52kv".
This product has absorbed foreign technology, its volume is small, it is only 50 ら circuit breaker of ordinary switch cabinet volume, it has the advantages of high reliability, good performance; "five prevention" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switchgear is a 3.6, 7.2, 12 kV Three-Phase AC 50 Hz single bus sectional indoor complete set of devices, used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It can be used in all kinds of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places. It can also be combined with ring main unit in switching station.

Structural features
The cabinet body is welded with angle steel.
The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, debugging and maintenance. Equipped with VS1 circuit breaker and pressure release channel to ensure personal safety.
Reliable rotary disconnector is adopted, which can safely enter the circuit breaker room for maintenance when the main bus is live. The protection grade of the whole cabinet is 1ip2x.
It is equipped with reliable and complete mechanical locking device, which is simple and effective to meet the requirements of "five prevention"
Reliable grounding system
The door is equipped with an observation window, which can clearly observe the working state of the components in the cabinet.
The operating mechanism adopts JSXGN locking mechanism used in xgn2-12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, convenient and practical

Install
Refer to the figure below for the installation foundation. The foundation channel steel floor shall be 1-3mm, the unevenness within each meter shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the total length shall not exceed 5mm
Place the switch cabinet on the foundation in order and adjust the installation position. Then, it is fixed with M12 bolts or spot welding, and the cabinets are fastened with M8 bolts.
Remove the back cover plate to install the main bus and primary cable. Clean the contact surface of the terminal and apply neutral Vaseline. Plug the primary cable hole after installation.
Connect the indirect grounding bus of the switch cabinet to connect it along the arrangement direction of the switch cabinet. Check whether there are omissions in the working grounding and protective grounding, and whether the grounding circuit is continuous. The working grounding resistance should not be greater than 1000u0, and the protective grounding resistance should not be greater than 42
Install the secondary cable. The cable is led from the front bottom of the cabinet, and then goes into the low-voltage room along the wall, and then connected to the terminal strip; or the cable is led into the low-voltage room from the secondary bus on the top of the cabinet, and then the cable hole is sealed.
Clean the dust and sundries in the cabinet.
Put into operation
Before putting into operation, the following inspection and commissioning shall be carried out
According to the order requirements, check whether the models and specifications of the electrical components installed in the cabinet are consistent; check whether the fasteners are loose; check whether the primary and secondary wiring is correct; operate the disconnector, grounding switch, circuit breaker and mechanical interlock for 3-5 times, which should be flexible and free of jamming, and the interlock should meet the "five prevention" requirements, and then add grease to the mechanical moving parts.
According to Article 3 of the manual and the factory test report, check the absolute green level of the switch cabinet, the circuit resistance and the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker, and the test results shall be consistent with or similar to the factory test report.
Maintenance and overhaul
The user should maintain and repair the switch cabinet regularly, including
The dust on all parts, especially on the surface of insulating parts, shall be cleaned
Check the moving parts of the machine and add lubricating grease regularly to keep it flexible and reliable
Circuit breaker, disconnector, grounding switch and other components shall be maintained according to their respective instructions
Check whether the electrical corrosion part is in good condition, whether there is overheating, and whether the grounding circuit is conductive;
Regularly check whether the fasteners are tight
Generally, the user should carry out troubleshooting with the assistance of the manufacturer. In case of minor adjustment and minor fault, the user should refer to this manual and the manual of main components for self troubleshooting.
