结构特征 Structure

        JR20热继电器的结构采用立体布置式(又称“二层式”)结构，且系列动作机构通用。

        热继电器为二层式，采用拉簧式跳跃动作机构，可以获得良好的瞬间跳跃特性，除具有过载保护、断相保护、温度补偿以及手动和自动复位功能除外，还具有动作脱扣灵活性、动作脱扣指示以及断开检验按钮等功能装置，热继电器通过专用导电板可安装在相应电流等级的交流接触器上。由于设计时充分考虑了CJ20交流接触器各电流等级相间距离，接线高度及外形尺寸。因此可与CJ20很方便地配套安装。

        可以通过电流调整旋钮调整热继电器的整定电流值。电流调节旋钮采用“二点定位”固定方式，消除了在旋动电流调节旋钮时所引起的热继电器动作性能多变的弊端。动作灵活检查机构实现不打开盖板，不通电就可方便地检查热继电器内部的动作情况，动作指示器可清晰地显示出热继电器动作与否。按动检验按钮，断开常闭触头，即可检查通电后控制回路的动作情况。

        当主电路中电动机过载或断相时，热继电器动作，同时动作脱扣指示件弹出显示热继电器已动作。

        热继电器可手动复位，也可自动复位，复位后，热继电器即可再次投入工作。
