CN□-12配电自动化终端是针对目前应用越来越广泛的环网柜、开闭所等场所而开 发的产品，其采用高速采样芯片和32位高速控制芯片相结合的高压开关控制装置，能快速稳定的完成对高压开关的监控。它集保护、测量、控制、监测、通讯、运动等功能于一体，具有集成度高、配置灵活、界面友好等特点。

广泛应用于辐射型供电及环网供电系统，可以帮助系统识别线路瞬时性故障与永久性故障，可自动消除瞬时故障对线路的影响，又可隔离永久故障段，避免造成长时间的大面积停电，自动恢复非故障区段电网供电，从而经济实用地实现配网自动化。

CN□-12三遥配电自动化终端装置以高性能32位微处理器为硬件开发平台，以高效嵌入式实时操作为软件开发平台。其具有以下鲜明的技术特点：

◆统一的核心公共平台

◇平台：统一的嵌入式软硬件组合平台（CPU采用开发的32位主板，主频可达到240MHZ信息处理容量大的硬件平台和嵌入式多任务实时操作系统的软件平台），支持高速以太网总线以及CAN总线，接口容量大。

◇存储：大容量的FALSH及RAM，可以记录位置、事故遥信变位SOE等事件顺序记录、值记录数据当地存储，时间不小于1个月，支持历史数据补充上传。

◆通信方式、通信规约多样化配置

◇具有4个RS232/RS485接口，波特率300—115200bps，具备2路以太网口，支持101、104等多种规约。

◇硬件配置：独立通信管理模块，硬件配置支持主备互换，冗余设计。

◇软件配置：支持多种通信方式和多种通信规约，可同时与多个不同级别的主站通信。

◆遥信、遥控、遥测灵活配置

◇真正模块化设计，三遥功能模块标准通用，任意模块的损坏不影响其它模块及系统的运行。

◇三遥点数在测控单元容量范围内，可以根据需要扩展三遥功能模块。 三遥点数超出测控单元容量范围，可以通过扩展总线外扩功能模块。 

◆智能化电源管理

◇电源实时监视，交流失电及电池欠压告警。

◇电池在线管理，支持手动、自动及远方活化。

◇电池充放电保护，低于放电关断点时自动切断电池供电。

◇可为终端、通信设备、遥信、遥控提供多种工作电源，有输出短路保护。支持接入铅酸蓄电池、锂电池。
