FLN36-12D型户内高压交流负荷开关是我公司参照新技术，并根据我国电力系统的有关标准自行开发研制的中压开关设备，其各项性能指标符合IEC420694 , 129及国家标准GB3804-2004《3.6kV-40.5kV高压交流负荷开关》，GB1985-2004《高压交流隔离开关和接地开关》，GB/T11022-1999《高压开关设备和控制设备标准的共用技术要求》，是环网柜的主要开关元件。

该负荷开关是集合闸、分闸、接地为一体的多功能中压开关设备，在一个全密封的,具有加强结构的环氧树脂外壳内充以0.05MPa的SF6气体，用零件实现以上三种功能，了产品质量，提高了可靠性。免维护，正常条件下可安全运行。

正常使用环境条件 Environmental conditions for normal use

◇ 周围空气温度：-15℃～+40℃；

◇ 海拔高度：不超过1000m；

◇ 湿度条件：日相对湿度的平均值不超过95%，月相对湿度平均值不超过90%；日水蒸汽压力的平均值不超过2.2kPa，月水蒸汽压力平均值不超过1.8kPa；

◇ 周围空气没有明显地受到尘埃、烟、腐蚀性和可燃性气体、蒸气或盐雾的污染；

◇ 来自开关设备和控制设备外部的振动或地动是可以忽略的；

◇ 在二次系统中感应的电磁干扰的幅值不超过1.6kV。

◇ 使用条件

根据国家标准GB/T11022-1999《高压开关设备和控制设备标准的共用技术要求》的规定，断路器应在正常使用条件下运行。若用户使用的工作条件与正常使用条件有差异，如：安装地点在海拔超过1000m、周围空气温度超过正常使用条件规定的限值或高湿易产生凝露的地方，应和制造厂进 行协商，并取得一致意见。
