XGN66-12 fixed enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of high-voltage electrical products of our company, which meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 (3-35kv AC metal enclosed switchgear) and the technical conditions for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear (dlt404) of the Ministry of electric power, and also meets the standard iec60298 Requirements for AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 52kv.

The product is small, only 50% of the volume of ordinary switchgear; the circuit breaker has high reliability and good performance: "five prevention" The interlocking mechanism has the advantages of reliability and simplicity. The switch cabinet is an indoor complete set of 3.6.7.2.12kv three-phase AC 50Hz single bus section device, which is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It also has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit. It can be used in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places, and can also be combined with ring main cabinet for switching station 。

Install

◆ refer to the following figure for the installation of foundation. The foundation channel steel protrudes 1-3mm from the ground. The unevenness within each meter shall not exceed 1.5mm and the total length shall not exceed 5mm.

◆ place the switch cabinet on the foundation in order and adjust the installation position. Then fix it with M12 bolts or spot welding, and tighten the cabinet with M8 bolts.

◆ disassemble the rear cover plate and install the main bus and primary cable. The contact surface of the terminal shall be cleaned and coated with neutral Vaseline. After installation, plug the primary cable hole.

◆ connect the indirect grounding bus of the cabinet to form a whole along the arrangement direction of the switch cabinet. Check whether there are omissions in the working grounding and protective grounding, and whether the grounding circuit is continuously connected. The working grounding resistance shall not be greater than 1000 u Q, and the protective grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4q.

◆ install the secondary cable, which is introduced from the front bottom of the cabinet, enters the low-voltage chamber along the side wall and is tapped on the terminal strip; Or lead it into the low-voltage room from the secondary small bus on the top of the cabinet, and block the cable hole after installation.

◆ clean the dust and sundries in the cabinet.

Put into operation

◆ before putting into operation, the following inspection and commissioning shall be carried out:

◇ check whether the model and specification of electrical components installed in the cabinet are consistent with the ordering requirements; Check whether the fasteners are loose; Check whether the primary and secondary wiring is correct; Operate the disconnector, grounding switch, circuit breaker and mechanical interlocking for 3 ~ 5 times, which shall be flexible without jamming, and the interlocking shall meet the requirements of "five prevention", and then add grease to the moving parts of the machinery.

◇ check the insulation level, loop resistance and mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker of the switch cabinet according to Article 3 of the manual and the delivery test report, and the test results shall be consistent with or similar to the delivery test report.

Maintenance and overhaul

◆ the user shall regularly maintain and repair the switchgear, including:

◇ clean the dust at all parts, especially the dust on the surface of insulating parts;

◇ check the moving parts of the machine, and regularly add lubricating grease to keep it flexible and reliable;

◇ the maintenance of circuit breaker, disconnector, grounding switch and other components shall be carried out according to their respective instructions;

◇ check whether the electrical contact part is in good condition, whether there is overheating, and whether the grounding circuit is connected;

◇ regularly check whether the fasteners are fastened.

◆ the user should generally carry out troubleshooting with the assistance of the manufacturer. In case of minor adjustment and minor fault, the user should refer to this manual and the respective instructions of main components.
