In order to create a passionate, responsible and happy working atmosphere, so that everyone can better participate in the work, the company has specially organized and arranged the "cohesion to stimulate youth" group building activity. In addition to enriching the spare time life of employees, the company further strengthens the team cohesion, improves the team cooperation ability, and better serves employees and customers.
On July 18, the company's management team arrived at the outdoor expansion base of Yandang Huanshan Ecological Park. A series of warm-up exercises led by the coach started the activity. This activity is mainly in the form of games. A total of 3 stages have been designed.
In the first stage, a team shall be formed, and the team leader, flag bearer, team name and slogan shall be selected. There are Luck Team and Lightning Team, and each team is divided into ten members.
In the second stage, a series of ice breaking and melting games were held, including Mars hitting the earth, crazy caterpillars, not falling down the forest, energy transmission and inspiring flying. The activity scene was both passionate and warm and harmonious. In each activity, colleagues cooperated tacitly, carried forward the spirit of selfless dedication and teamwork, helped and encouraged each other, and gave full play to the passion of youth.
The third stage is high altitude rock climbing. In the face of 10 meters of rock wall, each member of the team is brave to overcome difficulties and challenge themselves.
This group building activity has strengthened the communication and cooperation among employees, and also made everyone deeply realize that the strength of one person is limited, the strength of a team is impregnable, and the success of a team requires the joint efforts of each of our members! There are various roles in a team, and everyone can find his or her own position, because there is no perfect individual, only a perfect team!
