Installation, storage, transportation, acceptance, use and troubleshooting

◆ packaging, storage and transportation

◇ the ring main cabinet is packed in a single wooden box when leaving the factory. Tipping, inversion and violent vibration are not allowed during storage and transportation. When moving, it is not allowed to push and pull directly on the ground; When there is no lifting device, the cylinder can be padded under the sleeper of the packing box to make it slide to the installation position.

◇ prevent the cabinet from rain and moisture.

◇ the ring main unit shall be placed in a place with good ventilation and can prevent the invasion of various harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store in the same warehouse with chemicals, acid and alkali, etc. ◆ acceptance

◇ check whether the package is damaged before unpacking, and pay attention to protect the product when unpacking.

◆ during installation, first place the ring main unit on the installation foundation, arrange it neatly, debug it, and then fasten it with fasteners.

◆ when installing the main bus, open the bus room for installation, and the contact surface connecting the bus shall be flat and free of dirt.

◆ the ring main cabinet shall be reliably grounded, and the circuit inspection shall be conducted for the grounding.

During commissioning, the commissioning shall be carried out according to the operation manual of ring main cabinet and the instructions of various components in the cabinet.

◆ after installation and commissioning, each switching element and anti misoperation mechanism shall be operated for 5 times. If no abnormality is found, it is considered that the mechanical operation of the switch is normal.

Use and troubleshooting

◆ check before power transmission

Before power transmission, the ring main cabinet shall comprehensively check the electrical performance, insulation level and wiring correctness of components in the cabinet

Check - the switch can be put into operation only after it is normal.

◆ normal operation

During normal operation, no matter the incoming cabinet or outgoing cabinet, the load switch shall be in the closing position, the grounding knife shall be in the opening position, and the cabinet body shall be closed and locked.

◆ troubleshooting

◇ when troubleshooting the incoming cabinet, first cut off the incoming power supply, open the load switch, check the live display on the cabinet, close the grounding knife and open the door for maintenance after confirmation.

◇ when troubleshooting the outgoing cabinet, first disconnect the load switch in the cabinet, close the grounding knife, and open the front door for maintenance. At this time, the main bus is live. maintenance and overhaul

◆ the ring main unit needs to be maintained and overhauled under the following conditions;

a. Check the insulation level of the product after 5 years of operation;

b. After the load switch is disconnected for 100 times, the main circuit resistance, power of the load switch, static contact and auxiliary contact shall be checked.

◆ generally, the ring main unit shall be maintained and overhauled after power failure.
