On November 27, the first Jinan Artificial Intelligence Industry Application Summit was held in Shandong Mansion. On the afternoon of the 27th, as one of the sub-forums, the AI Empowerment and Innovation Application Summit Forum was held. At the forum, the staff of Jinan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology further interpreted the "Jinan New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Action Plan (2020-2022)", and released the technical requirements of 50 modern advantageous industries and artificial intelligence deep integration application scenarios, which won unanimous praise from the participating enterprises.
Another sub-forum, the Smart Win Future Enabling Innovation Summit Forum, was held simultaneously. At the forum, relevant leaders awarded licenses to 26 Jinan Enterprise Technology Centers. Harbin Institute of Technology Robot (Shandong) Intelligent Equipment Research Institute, Shanda Diwei Software Co., Ltd., Shandong Zhongyang Health Technology Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Brocade Bioindustry Co., Ltd. and other participating enterprises shared their development experience in the field of artificial intelligence.
In recent years, the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have attached great importance to the development of artificial intelligence industry. First, strengthen planning guidance and policy guidance. A series of high-content policies and measures such as "Big Data and a New Generation of Information Technology Industry Development Plan", "High-end Equipment Industry Development Plan", "Several Policies and Measures to Promote the Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Digital Economy", and "Jinan New Generation Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Action Plan (2020-2022)" have been issued successively, vigorously promoting the construction of "modern advantageous industrial cluster + artificial intelligence" and creating a good ecology of the artificial intelligence industry. Second, the industrial foundation is strong. In 2018, the scale of Jinan's big data and new generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment industries both exceeded 300 billion yuan, and the software and information technology service industry accounted for half of the province; Build the province's first industrial Internet identification resolution secondary node, and take the lead in proposing to build a 5G pioneer city; Among the 123 enterprises in the Shandong Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, 52 are Jinan enterprises, accounting for 42%. It has formed a relatively complete artificial intelligence industry chain from basic support, core technology to industry application, with more than 100 enterprises above designated size, and related industries exceeding 100 billion yuan. Third, there are rich application scenarios. At the World Artificial Intelligence Integration Development Conference held recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province announced the "100 Artificial Intelligence and Industry Deep Integration Application Scenario Technology Demand Announcement", and Jinan ranked first with 20, involving AI manufacturing, AI power, AI medical care, AI transportation, AI high-end equipment, AI security and many other fields. In the project of unveiling the key tasks of the new generation of artificial intelligence industry innovation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 8 of the 15 enterprises recommended by Shandong Province are Jinan enterprises; Among the first batch of 150 "modern advantageous industrial clusters + artificial intelligence" demonstration projects in Shandong Province, Jinan leads the province with 39 projects; 16 enterprises were selected into the list of artificial intelligence leading enterprises and advantageous products in Shandong Province, ranking first in the province, and won the "Top 20 Cities with Development Potential of Chinese Intelligent Industry in 2019". On October 14, Jinan was successfully approved to establish a national pilot zone for artificial intelligence innovation and application, which will effectively promote the deep integration and development of Jinan's artificial intelligence and the real economy, and provide a new driving force for Jinan's accelerated transformation of old and new kinetic energy. At the same time, it provides a powerful engine and new opportunities for Jinan to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence industry, marking the development of Jinan's artificial intelligence industry to take off.
