1. Sampling: The sampling worker must be clean to prevent judgment errors. Sampling at the 50mm section of the cable end:


A) The length of the coring wire is 100mm;

C) Take and paste the lead-wrapped paper insulation tape 100mm long;

Inspection method: insert the sample into 150C cable oil (or 130C transformer oil) in turn, if there is hissing, beeping sound or foam, indicating moisture, you can cut the 100mm long cable and try again. Until silent, no foam (or burned with fire, if there is a sound or foam indicating dampness, otherwise it is considered not damp. );


3. Cut off the damp end, measure the insulation resistance and withstand voltage test, and start making the cable head only after passing the qualification;

2. Cutting process:


a. The section size should be according to the above figure, the position should be according to the design and actual measured actual quantity, and the section (edge) should be neat without flanges and burrs;

g. When taking heat shrinkable tube in the cross-section, the incision should be straight, smooth, burr-free, convex and concave edges and cracks, otherwise it is easy to tear when shrinking.

Retain the shielding layer from 25mm on the lead mouth, and the rest of the part is cut with the filler, the knife edge should not be insulated outside the cable when cutting, and the sweat of the hand should be removed by alcohol cloth, in order to keep the cutting of the shielding layer smooth and neat, the cutting edge can be torn off with the cutting edge pressing, and finally repaired again;


4. After checking the correct phase sequence of the core wire, the length of the core wire should be retained according to the actual wiring situation, and the shortest one-phase insulation retention amount shall not be less than 350mm, and the rest shall be cut off;


5. Crimping terminal:


At the end of the core, measure the terminal pipe depth and add a distance of 5mm to cut off this section of insulation. If the core wire section is fan-shaped, the jaws clamp should be turned into a garden shape along the line, remove chips and oil, put on the terminal, make it take over to the predetermined mark, straighten the direction of the terminal deflector when pulling the wire, use crimping pliers to mold 2-3/channel indentation accordingly, stop for one minute after pressing the die mouth when crimping, so that the nozzle and the core pressure port are fully deformed, and then unload the mold;


6. Fixed oil-resistant pipe:


The terminal pipe is haired, remove oil chips, fill the main insulation and terminal pressure pit with pressure-resistant oil glue, drive clean the air, add a layer of oil-resistant glue (2-3mm) to the terminal pipe, remove the protective tape and press the main insulation 10mm, set of oil-resistant (white) on the core insulation, the lower mouth of the pipe is 50mm from the lead package, the upper mouth to the end The pipe is pressed 10mm up, shrinking from the bottom up, the heat shrinkage temperature is controlled between 110-140C, such as using gasoline blowtorches to keep the flame distance, not too close, the flame slowly approaches when starting to warm up, And left and right, around the movement of the flame to ensure that it evenly contractes, drains moisture and purifies the air.


When the heat shrinkable material begins to shrink, the flame moves down slightly, that is, the material that will shrink in the next step is preheated, and so on slowly shrinks until the whole tube shrinks. When the tube is fully shrunk, it needs to be roasted - once. The shrinking force is uniform, the surface is smooth, no wrinkles and the internal contour can be seen, the sealing has a small amount of glue extrusion, and the most buckled and then used an alcohol cloth to remove the dust.


7. Fixed stress tube, one stress tube for each phase sleeve, the lower mouth is 80mm from the lead mouth, and it is fixed from the bottom up, and the process is the same as 5.6 requirements;


8. Make a three-pronged "apple" type:


Take the oil-resistant glue and knead it into a conical shape and press it into the three-pronged mouth. Wool 70-80mm from the lead mouth downward, remove the dirt to see the metallic luster, the lead mouth is slightly preheated, the phase is first divided 20mm below the lower mouth of the self-stress tube, and then the "apple-shaped" package is wrapped to 10mm below the lead mouth.


It resembles an "apple" and its outer diameter is 15mm larger than the outer diameter of the cable. After wrapping, the conductive glue at the lead mouth is 40mm wide, and the lead mouth is 20mm above and below, and then the "apple" is slightly heated and adjusted to form.


9. Fixed three-pronged gloves:


First preheat the lead bag and set of gloves to try their best to press down to meet the 10mm lead package in the sleeve, first preheat, shrink the "apple" type, shrink the lead package, and then shrink the glove branch;


10. Fixed insulating pipe:


When splitting the casing, the mouth end of the rubber coated tube should be pressed down against the outside of the finger, shrink from bottom to top, and the upper mouth should be pressed over the upper mouth of the oil-resistant pipe and more than 10mm should be removed. The position of the hot terminal pipe is shown in the figure below to show the sleeve transition sheath, the phase color should be consistent with the phase sequence, and the process is similar to item 5.5.2;


11. Ground welding wire:


The location is shown in the figure below. First remove the steel strip and lead-clad welding area to remove the rust and see the metallic luster, and then use copper wire to tie the ground wire to the lead wrap and steel belt. Apply solder paste to the solder joint, use a blowtorch to slightly preheat, bake the solder drop on the solder joint, and then use the blowtorch to heat the stacked solder to melt without flowing, and then press and polish with a hard cloth to form a flat solder joint, and after it cools, wrap three to four layers of plastic protective layer in the exposed lead steel belt;


12. Installation of rainproof skirt at outdoor terminal:


The size of the outdoor terminal head is larger than the indoor terminal head, and the method is the same as the indoor terminal head, it only has one more process to install a rainproof skirt one by one, see 5.12 process flow. The method of adding skirt is: after separating the core wire, the three-hole skirt wind falls into its installation position, and the skirt mounting hole is heated with a blowtorch to shrink the core wire and remove dirt. From the three-hole skirt upwards, each phase can be reduced to 100mm spacing, and then two single-hole skirts can be reduced. However, the arrangement should be evenly arranged and should not touch each other, so it can also be installed in a slightly staggered position. Decontamination with alcohol cloth, qualified pressure resistance after cooling, can be put into operation.
