Chen Jilai and his delegation carefully inspected the Huanwenxiang Lake area and the general aviation project, Luoyang Microenterprise Wanchuang Park, Da'an Ecological Science and Technology Pioneering Park, and Hongtai Intelligent Manufacturing Park. The two sides had a detailed understanding of its construction background, overall planning, objectives and concepts, and had a negotiation on land, investment, development planning, policies and other aspects of the project. It is understood that Taishun County will focus on building an integrated road network system of "one ring, four verticals and three horizontals" based on Wenxiang Lake City Green Center, strengthen six parks including headquarters, scientific innovation, cultural innovation, ecological industry, modern logistics and general aviation, promote the city with industry, promote industry with city and integrate industry with city, and create a new growth point of "the most beautiful county in mountain areas" industry development and green economy. The Taishun General Aviation Project has a total planning area of about 11 square kilometers, a land area of about 10370 mu, and a total investment of about 20 billion yuan. The first and second phases of the project are listed as key industrial projects in the Yangtze River Delta region. The construction land area is about 3860 mu, and the total investment is about 8 billion yuan.
Zhou Jianhai said that at present, Taishun is ushering in a series of major reform and policy opportunities, with huge development potential and broad development space. On the road to common prosperity, Taishun especially needs all kinds of high-quality subjects from Yueqing to participate in the practice of green high-quality leapfrog development in our county.
